Dugald River Mine Process Plant Construction

Volume: 10,000m³.

Scope: Provision of onsite concrete plant and production of concrete for process plant, camp and site civil requirements.

To meet project requirements Wagners mobilised a 70m3/hr dual bin wheel mounted dry mix concrete plant with 110 tonnes of cement storage and additional cement storage in ISO containers. Coarse aggregates were produced on site for incorporation into concrete production whilst Wagners sourced and delivered fine aggregates from local suppliers and cement from Townsville approximately 1,000 klm away.

To meet construction program requirements Wagners were able to mobilise to site and produce trial mixes within 33 days of contract award.
