Karen Brown

General Counsel and Company Secretary

• Karen was appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary in November 2017 and was working with Wagners as legal counsel for over two years prior.
• Karen has over 16 years’ experience in private legal practice, most recently as a partner of Carter Newell Lawyers.
• She is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland.
