Wagners Precast multiple girder production lines allows for us to manufacture girders between 1000mm to 1800mm deep and up to 40m long with current tooling.

Our site has multiple pile lines which allow us to manufacture 550mm octagonal prestressed piles in various lengths with current tooling.

Precast Piles

We can manufacture precast piles to order as per project specifications.

Precast Parapets

We manufacture parapets for bridge projects. With our broad capability we manufacture the mould and tooling required to meet the parapet design and profiles required.

Wagners Precast has manufactured precast parapets for projects such as:

Precast Retaining Walls

We manufacture retaining walls on our flat beds as well as using custom moulds. We currently have in excess of 250m² of manufacturing capacity on flat beds which are located undercover.
