The project is a development at Southport on the Gold Coast of multiple residential apartment complexes comprising the construction of:

• 18 apartment buildings – 189,000m²
• 1170 No. residential 1 and 2 bedroom apartments
• 82 No. 3 bedroom townhouses
• 5 No. underground basement carparks
• Podium landscaping, pools and resident pavilions
• Supermarket and retail outlets

Wagners scope was to manufacture for the apartment buildings:

• 1738 precast columns (including single & double height)
• 365 precast stair flights
